We want you to get the very best out of the Bath Future Talent Programme but we don't want your learning and development to stop at the end of the final module. This is why we have created our Beyond the Bridge Alumni Network.

You can benefit from continuing your involvement with our Alumni Network by:​

• Attending our six weekly meetings to share experiences with participants from across all five cohorts from previous years

• Continuing your learning from ongoing development sessions run by some of our programme consultants

• Hearing from some senior business and charity leaders from across the region

• Extending your network across the city by making more connections with the Alumni and sponsoring organisations

• Developing and sharing your skills and knowledge by designing and delivering a session yourself

• Getting involved in a social community project or initiative
